Project H.O.P.E. has been a program of Torrance Council of PTAs for 8 years now. Our mission is to support the basic needs of our foster care/homeless students and families in need in T.U.S.D. We provide food boxes, personal care items, Halloween Costumes, help our graduating seniors with their end of the year celebration and prom attire.
