Jaimee's brain injury happened more than 15 years ago. We can hardly believe how time has flown by! What a miraculous recovery she has had- From wheelchair bound, unable to see, talk, or swallow food, to running, laughing, and eating breakfast on The Strand during our annual walk. We love what being together throughout her injury and recovery has done for our family- it united us! This year is no different.
Together, the Jessop Family will be walking in the 16th annual Skechers Pier to Pier Friendship Walk to unitedly support our daughter, Jaimee Jessop and other disabled young adults at Hamilton Transition Center, Torrance, California.
This important event is organized to raise funds for technological equipment in the classroom and Community Based Instruction (CBI) events. Your support will help play a HUGE part in providing these necessary tools and learning experiences for high functioning adults with varying disabilities.
We want to do as much as we can for Jaimee, her education and her classmates with special needs. Please consider helping the cause by making a donation today! If you'd like, you also can join our family for an inspiring walk with friends at the beach for a mere $30 registration fee. Together we will make a difference!
Love & Hugs,
The Jessop Family
