Register today for the 17th Annual Skechers Pier-to-Pier Friendship Walk on Sunday, October 19th. All registrations are matched 4x!
This is the biggest HBEF fundraiser event for the school, with Skechers giving back approximately $120 for every $30 registration fee donated. This is a great investment for our school since each walker registration fee is matched ~4x by Skechers and it is tax deductible! Last year it yielded us $269,000 and has given our school over $2 Million since we've participated in it. This year, our goal is even higher! So register today under your classroom teacher.
Some very IMPORTANT POINTS when registering:
- It is ALL about the NUMBER of walkers you register - not the donation amounttied to one walker. So if you wish to donate $120, register 4 walkers ($30 each) instead of 1 walker with a $120 donation attached to it. You can add multiple walkers under 1 login before you check out so register away - child, siblings, parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles... and EVEN pets or stuffies!
- Busy on October 19th? No problem! You can register as a virtual walker and we still get credit and you still get a goodie bag.
- GREAT PRIZES that everyone can get! We are celebrating the entire community this year with incentives for everyone! This includes a popsicle party for ANY class that gets 2x class enrollment in registrations, Creamy Boy gift cards, no homework for the week (Vista and 5th), extra recess (View, Mile Pass (Valley), principal for the day, teacher incentives and more!
