Project H.O.P.E. has been a program of Torrance Council of PTAs for over 9 years now. Our mission is to raise funds for our McKinney-Vento/Foster Care graduating seniors who are in T.U.S.D. We want to make their final high school year a memorable one. Funds raise will help them get a year, attend grad night and prom and help with purchasing prom dresses or tuxedo rental.
