We are a privately-owned company dedicated to prioritizing the needs of each individual with special needs and their caregiver. Our approach includes creating person-centered, individualized training plans tailored to each individual?s unique behaviors and needs. We also provide comprehensive training for caregivers, helping them gain a deeper understanding of their individual and empowering them to respond with confidence. Our goal is to ensure that every person we train is equipped with the tools necessary to enhance their quality of life and provide the highest level of care.

We ensure referral response within 24 business hours and provide prompt referral processing. Individuals and caregivers approved for our Crisis Behavior Management Services gain immediate access to our 24-hour crisis help line, enabling them to receive timely support and interventions when they need it most.

Building collaborative partnerships is central to our philosophy. We work closely with families, caregivers, and professionals to cultivate a robust support network. This collaboration promotes consistent and effective behavior management and crisis intervention strategies, ensuring a united approach to addressing challenges.

Finally, we are committed to ongoing education and support for our team, staff and caregivers. By providing continuous training and resources, we empower our community to enhance their skills and navigate challenges confidently, ensuring they can provide meaningful support to individuals in need. We believe this knowledge is crucial for ensuring the long-term well-being of the individuals we serve and those who support them.
