Dear family and friends,
It is hard to believe this year will be the 18th Skechers Pier to Pier Friendship Walk. The Friendship Foundation continues to be a huge part of our lives and one that we passionately support in memory of Jeremy. While Jeremy is no longer with us physically, he will most definitely be with us in spirit (as he is every day). The Friendship Foundation quite literally grew out of the desire to create an organic environment for Jeremy and other neurodiverse individuals to thrive, make friends, find joy and be a part of our community in a purposeful way. Many of you have been with us every step of the way. Our commitment to The Friendship Foundation and its mission has not waivered. Jeremy was fortunate enough to enjoy 20 years of incredible programs, events, camps and so much more. The 1000's of neurodiverse individuals who have been a part of the FF family have benefitted in immeasurable ways. The Friendship Campus is nearing completion with it's grand opening scheduled for January 21, 2027. This 3.25 acre, $70M campus in Redondo Beach will serve as a community center, vocational education center and hub of activity for this ever growing, underserved population. Thank you for your years of support of not just the Friendship Foundation but of the Zwickel Family. We would love for you to participate in the 18th Annual Skechers Walk on Sunday, Oct. 19th.
