I'll be walking in the Skechers Pier to Pier Friendship Walk to help make a difference! This important event is organized to raise funds for public education, national college scholarships, and children with special needs. Your support will help play a huge part in providing friendship and inclusion for our kids with varying abilities, as well as supporting critical education programs in our public schools.

I want to do as much as I can for education and people with special needs. For the past few years, Towers Elementary has raised the most money out of all the schools in the South Bay! Thanks to your generous donations, our teachers have been able to purchase many books, supplies, incentives, and more. 100% of the money raised comes back directly to classrooms this school year. 

While many general education classrooms are using fund for great incentives and resources, we want to share that the Learning Center, Speech Therapist, Counselor, and School Psychologist also have a Sketchers Walk Team! Students who receive support and services use a variety of materials and supplies. We are always looking for more tools to support their learning needs while making their experience fun and engaging. 

If you'd like to donate toward our Learning Center team, please click the link. This year, the Learning Center is fundraising for sensory tools, puzzles, supplemental books, and academic games. The Speech Therapist is fundraising for new therapy games and resources. The Counselor is fundraising for Social/Emotional Language books, dry erase page protectors and a mini hand paper shredder. The School Psychologist is fundraising for Plus-Plus building blocks, washable markers, colored pencils or crayons, coloring books, and sensory toys.
