As the principal of Grand View Elementary, I see every day what a difference community support makes in our kids' lives... and I'm walking in the Skechers Pier to Pier Friendship Walk to help make an even bigger one. This event raises funds for public education, national college scholarships, and programs for children with special needs, and it's a cause close to my heart both as an educator and as someone who believes every child deserves to feel included and supported.
