I'm walking in the Skechers Pier to Pier Friendship Walk to support something that matters deeply to me: inclusion, friendship, and belonging for kids of all abilities.
Everyone deserves to feel included, to have meaningful friendships, and to be part of a community where they are welcomed, valued, and celebrated for who they are. But for kids with disabilities, those opportunities don't always come easily. That's why the work of the Friendship Foundation is so important. They have launched a Friendship Club at my high school, and it's already introduced me to new kids I wouldn't have met otherwise. Our school needs this vital framework to truly build, embrace, and sustain a culture of intuitive belonging.
The Skechers Friendship Walk raises funds for the Friendship Foundation, public education, and college scholarships, helping create more opportunities for kids to learn, grow, and thrive.
I hope you'll consider supporting my walk with a donation, or even joining me for a fun day at the beach! Every contribution helps build a more inclusive community where everyone has the opportunity to make friends, participate, and feel like they belong.
Thank you for supporting me and a cause that's close to my heart!
