I'm walking to support the Friendship Foundation, an organization that has been incredibly special to me for nearly 18 years!

I started volunteering with the Friendship Foundation in 2008. Since then, I've spent hundreds of hours volunteering, served on the Teen Advisory Board, captained my high school's Friendship Walk team, and had the opportunity to speak at the walk in 2013. My experiences with the Friendship Foundation played a big role in inspiring me to pursue my career working with students with disabilities.

Now, as a speech-language pathologist for Culver City Unified School District, I'm proud to have helped bring the Friendship Foundation to our district, where we now have three Friendship Clubs! 

With the Friendship Foundation's new campus opening soon, I'm excited about the opportunities ahead and want to support their continued work creating meaningful friendships, inclusion, and opportunities for individuals with disabilities.
